Outasight Insites from the Book of Daniel

"Outasight Insites from the Book of Daniel" is my first more or less coherent collection of what I refer to as "Danielisms", i.e. the wit and wisdom of an aging rock artist. It first appeared visually here at There Out There.com in September, 2002. The CD version consists of 40 "Isms" placed on 40 original and complementary photographic images. My song, "Surreal Surrounded" from the CD album, "U See Berkeley Cool" plays as background music to a slide show format. The 40 image/isms are displayed here again without the music.

Because of the continuing popularity of the project as a whole and its individual selections, it is being presented for a second run. Curiously as Providence seems to be providing, the timing of this return engagement coincides approximately with my 60th birthday as a libra!

And despite my years
my moods and cares,
These little "ism" gems still pop into my head,
from time to time I'm moved again,
and when they come,
I write them down with love,
for a future day collection

and all the world to see...
